Special Thanks also to The Bell-Ringers and Choir of Gloucester Cathedral

Jayl has once again chosen some of the greatest up-and-coming talent in the UK to work with him on the CD. There is of course the great Jimmie Bone, a Singer / Songwriter / Producer of immense talent whose reputation is growing throughout the world. You can check out more at jimmiebone.com . As well as engineering, production & mastering input, Jimmie Bone has played guitar on the track "Leap" & bass on 2 of the tracks. He has also contributed keyboards, backing vocals + harmonica & was co-writer of the song "Dare." He has also produced the new hybrid CD - "8 Beasts." This contains dance, trance, drum & bass + chill-out mixes of some of the "Without Limit" tracks. It also contains new tracks that are very special, including the forthcoming single - "Sweet Baby Shark", composed & recorded by Jayl & Bone.

As well as Jimmie Bone's guitar, the album has 4 other fabulous guitarists. The extremely versatile Simon Hazell has had a major contribution to the work including 5 writing credits, guitars, bass, keyboards, backing vocals, e-bow, programming & arrangements. In short, the man has been prolific & the collaboration of Jayl / Hazell is set to catch the music world on fire! He has also played on "Maelström" from the "8 Beasts" CD. Andy Wood has worked with Jayl before on many projects including Jayl's debut CD "The World & the Hooded Man." Indeed, they have toured the country together as Jayl + Total Silence & performed together at Covent Garden for The Princes Trust. Andy has played guitar on 3 of the tracks & his playing on "Sorcery" is explosive! He has also co-written the song "Search Forever." The track "Chiming" is co-written with the brilliant, multi-talented Dan Redvers Bailey. Dan is currently touring London with the re-formed "Total Silence." You can check out more of the man & his music at totalsilence.com ... nevertheless, he still found time to make his contribution for his long-time friend & colleague. On "Chiming" he plays guitar & also sings. He also co-wrote the track "Legend's End," where as well as music, he co-wrote the lyrics. The 4th guitarist on the album is blues specialist Anthony Craig from the Gloucester based band "Foreplay." Jayl has been working with Anthony for 4 years now and they have been regularly performing together as an acoustic duo. They share a love of the work of Bob Dylan and Anthony has played acoustic guitars on 3 tracks, "Search Forever", "Mercurial" & "Legend's End." Jayl himself actually completes the guitarist line-up, as he has played acoustic on "Need to Breathe" & "Eventual." Jayl has also played bass on 4 of the tracks.

As well as Jayl's voice, the album contains a serious wealth of additional vocals; mainly from singers Jayl has trained himself. Singing on 5 of the tracks is the astounding young talent, Liz McCoy. Her duets with Jayl on "Legend's End", "Dare", "Leap" & "Four Beasts in One" are totally remarkable, whilst her haunting backing vocals on the opening track "Magnificent" really sets the mood. She also took her first excursion into lyric-writing by providing some of the words for "Four Beasts in One." This beautiful & unique singer is destined for great things & you can check out more about her by clicking on the following link... liz-mccoy.co.uk. Another brilliant young talent singing backing vocals on 3 of the tracks is Laura Zygo. Currently studying drama & arts in London, this girl also has a big future ahead of her. She sings an extremely sexy vocal on "Colossus", which is actually a tribute to the great Arsenal & England captain, Tony Adams. A late but crucial addition to the work is the Jazz / Blues singer Susannah. She is only singing on the one track, "Flow", but it is a vocal of astonishing genius. Consequently, she was chosen to sing on the forthcoming single - "Sweet Baby Shark" and is now working with Jayl on presenting the material for live performance. She is also a trained dancer and choreographer, so she has an immense future ahead of her. Also singing on 3 tracks is another of Jayl's protégé's - Tony James, Lead-singer of the new Cheltenham based group, "Amnesia Valley." There are also the voices of the choir of Gloucester Cathedral on "The Coming of War", as well as the Bell-Ringers of the cathedral on this track & also"Prelude."

The album also contains contributions from Terry McKenzie (percussion on "Legend's End" & "Search Forever"), Dominic Toller (co-writing & programming on "Dare"), Yasmine Hazell (Intro piano & co-writing on "Leap") & Clayton Pritchard (additional vocals on "Without Limit"). Two other brilliant collaborations are present on the work; the first being the two Jayl / Kevin Gahan songs "Sorcery" & "Colossus." Jayl has worked before with Kevin, mastering "The World & the Hooded Man" CD, but this is the first time the two have written songs together. The results of this Leo/Leo partnership are simply spectacular! There is saxophone on 3 of the tracks provided by London-based session man Matt Clackett. A genius of a player, he has worked with many great artists including Paul Young, Roachford, Bomb the Bass & Leo Sayer. Matt's playing was so excellent on the CD, that his outtakes were used to create the track "Sexy Sax." Two other points of interest ... the presence of Jayl's beloved black studio cat - 'Mint', who has contributed purrs, squeaks & miouws on "Prelude", "Dare" & the patriotic "English Day!" Finally, the unique sound of Jayl's mandolin playing is evident on the song "Eventual" and gives the work it's final piece of innovation & originality.
